We start with a full body analysis and discuss your goals. Then you will have twenty minutes of red light in our relaxing spa, followed by ten minutes on our whole body vibration system that will leave you feeling invigorated!
Now that you have made progress towards your goal, the Maintenance Package is designed to help you maintain. You will get four(4) sessions including 20 minutes Red Light and 10 minute Vibration Platform and should plan to come every 7 to 10 days.
